Qwest Investment Fund Management Ltd. is the manager and portfolio advisor of the Qwest SharpeQuant S&P Systematic Long-Short Fund Limited Partnership (Partnership).

Investment Objective

The fundamental investment objective of the Partnership is to provide Limited Partners with capital appreciation by investing the assets of the Partnership in a portfolio of United States equity securities within the Standard & Poor’s 500 Index, through a systematic long-short investment strategy.

Redemptions

Limited Partners may request the redemption of all or a portion of their Units monthly, subject to the applicable Valuation Date and the redemption terms set out in the Partnership’s offering document.
