Investment Objective
The fundamental investment objective of the Fund is to generate positive absolute returns, and to preserve investor capital during challenging market conditions. The net proceeds from the offering of Class A, Class F, Class H-A, Class H-I and Class I Fund Units will be used to invest in opportunities related to the factoring of receivables short term debt and other investments that create a significant cash yield.
