Formed in 2023, the SHC Erottuva Trust (“the Trust”) is an unincorporated, open-ended, private mutual fund trust.

The Trust’s primary focus is identifying real estate opportunities at various stages of development. The Trust may invest in a diverse portfolio of real estate assets including industrial, commercial, residential, entitled greenfield land and infill properties, or any other designations that may be applied to real estate.

Other areas of focus for the Trust are: offering mezzanine financing, investments in private and public entities, and investments in financial instruments.
