Stephen P. McCoach


	Stephen P. McCoach, CA Managing Director, CEO & Director Mr. McCoach is the Managing Director, CEO and a Director of Qwest Investment Management Corp. ("Qwest"). As well, Mr. McCoach is the Chairman, President and Director of Qwest Investment Fund Management Ltd., a subsidiary of Qwest, which provides investment counsel, portfolio management services and fund management services; and is also the Chairman and Director of Heritage Bancorp Ltd., a subsidiary of Qwest, which provides asset and administrative management services.
Mr. McCoach also holds the positions of Chairman and Director of Trilogy Bancorp Ltd., a venture capital and merchant banking company formed in 1989. This company is known for its innovative investment and corporate finance products through which it has successfully raised approximately $500 million to-date. Mr. McCoach is a founder and/or director of several private and publicly traded companies in a variety of industries. Mr. McCoach received a Bachelor of Business Administration degree from Simon Fraser University and became a chartered accountant with KPMG. Mr. McCoach is a member of the Canadian Institute of Chartered Accountants and the British Columbia Institute of Chartered Accountants.
