Research Analyst

Based in Calgary, Alberta, Ms. Taqdees is the Research Analyst for QIFM’s portfolio management team. Ms. Taqdees is responsible for research, recommendation and monitoring market performance of holdings in Qwest’s portfolios. Ms. Taqdees brings with her four years of experience in analyzing junior resource companies in the mining sector.

Most recently, Ms. Taqdees was an Investment Analyst at Humboldt Capital Corp., a public holding company where she played a pivotal role in increasing the company's exposure to the mining industry. Her focus was on exploration stage, small-cap companies in both the base metals and precious metals sectors.

Ms. Taqdees holds a Bachelor of Science degree with honours from Drake University, triple major and has completed the CSC course.
