Chief Financial Officer

Ms. Metcalfe is the Chief Financial Officer for Qwest Investment Management Corp. ("QIM"). She is also the Chief Financial Officer for Qwest Investment Fund Management Ltd., a subsidiary of QIM, which provides investment counsel and portfolio management services, and is also the Chief Financial Officer and a Director of Heritage Bancorp Ltd., a subsidiary of QIM, which provides asset and administrative management services.

Ms. Metcalfe has spent many years in the venture capital industry and has significant experience with both public and private equity offerings, strategic planning, financial restructuring and business forecasting and analysis. Ms. Metcalfe is also an officer of several private and publicly traded companies in the oil and gas, agriculture, and technology industries.

Ms. Metcalfe, a Chartered Accountant, obtained a Bachelor of Business Administration degree from Simon Fraser University and articled with PriceWaterhouseCoopers. Ms. Metcalfe is a member of the British Columbia Institute of Chartered Accountants and the Canadian Institute of Chartered Accountants.
