The Qwest Energy Canadian Specialty Energy Fund was specifically designed for Canadian Accredited Investors with a continuous offering of Series A and F Units on a private placement basis. The investment focus of this fund is the energy sector. The fund acquires and manages equity investments and convertible debt securities in publicly traded companies and private companies (up to 30%). This may include companies with a focus on: conventional oil and gas exploration and development; the oil sands; unconventional resources; oil and gas service companies; transportation and infrastructure; and alternative energy.

it has resigned as Manager of the Qwest Energy Canadian Specialty Energy Fund (the "Fund")
effective September 27, 2009. Qwest Investment Fund Management Ltd. has been appointed to act as the successor
Fund Manager of the Fund. |
